Attorney Profile

Attorney Brian Mark first began practicing in Miami, where he specialized in real estate, commercial litigation, banking and international law. He eventually merged his practice with Shea & Gould, a large New York law firm. After Shea & Gould closed its doors in 1990, he moved his practice to Kissimmee, FL.

Needless to say, going from a 700-attorney practice to a one man show was a unique experience for Mr. Mark – but one that was both enlightening and satisfying. He continued to practice real estate law and commercial litigation, eventually adding bankruptcy and foreclosure law in response to the needs of his clients.

Mr. Mark is an active member of the community, a Past President of the Osceola Bar Association, former board member and chairman of the Osceola WMCA and Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Kissimmee. He was also an active volunteer in Boy Scouts of America for a number of years, serving as a Pack Cub Master, an Assistant Scout Master, the West Orange Training Chairman and a District Commissioner.
